NOTICE IS  HEREBY  GIVEN  THAT  THE  PLANNING  AND  ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FATE WILL HOLD A MEETING AT 6:00 P.M. ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2020, AT THE FATE CITY HALL, LOCATED AT 1900 CD BOREN PARKWAY, FATE, TEXAS, FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council may be in attendance at the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting OCTOBER 15, 2020 being held at the Fate City Hall, 1900 CD Boren Parkway, Fate, Texas.

(This application is associated with the Fate Villages Apartment development situated west of Williamsburg Pkwy.) Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding an application submitted by Alan Bain and Brian Carrington to Replat Lot 1, Block 1 of the Fate South Elevated Storage Tank Addition and adding a 16.8-acre portion of two un-platted tracts to create 2 lots totaling 18.35-acres. The area that is the subject of this Replat application is located west of Williamsburg Parkway and south of Water Tower Rd, Rockwall CAD Property ID’s 10519, 72207, and 89278. Case RP-20-002.

FM 551 just due east of Gettysburg Blvd.) Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding approval of a Final Plat for 154 residential lots in the Edgewater Subdivision, Phase 1, containing 53.359 acres located in the J.B. Merchant Survey, Abstract No. 159, City of Fate, Rockwall County, Texas. Applicants: Fate 551 LP, PMB Acquisitions, & JTG Holdings LLC. Case #FP-20-003.


B.

(This application is associated with a previously approved preliminary plat and it seeks to amend the lot layout to add approximately 11-lots. It’s located west of the C.D. Boren Pkwy and N Ben Payne Rd. intersection.) Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding approval of a Preliminary Plat for 204 residential lots in the Woodcreek Subdivision, Phases 8A and 8D, containing 81.858 acres located in the R.B. Irvine Survey, Abstract No. 120, City of Fate, Rockwall County, Texas. Applicant: The Fate 160 Investment Land LLC. Case #PP-20-006.

Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding making a recommendation to City Council on options for W.E. Crawford. Avenue between Fate Main Pl. and Hwy 66.
