NOTICE IS  HEREBY  GIVEN  THAT  THE  PLANNING  AND  ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FATE WILL HOLD A MEETING AT 6:00 P.M. ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2020, AT THE FATE CITY HALL, LOCATED AT 1900 CD BOREN PARKWAY, FATE, TEXAS, FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council may be in attendance at the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting SEPTEMBER 17, 2020 being held at the Fate City Hall, 1900 CD Boren Parkway, Fate, Texas.

Discuss, Consider, and take any necessary action regarding amending the Fate Master Thoroughfare Plan

A.

(This application is associated with certain restaurant and park improvements in downtown.) Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding an application made by the City of Fate to Replat Block H, Q, and R of the Original Town of Fate Plat to create 2 lots totaling 6.858-acres. The area that is the subject of this Replat is described as the property generally bound by E. Greenhill Ln. on the south, N. W.T. Barnes Ave. on the east, the Union Pacific Railroad on the north, and W.E. Crawford Ave. on the west, Rockwall CAD Property ID’s 16510, 27042, and 27043. Case RP-20-003.

B.

(This application is associated with the Fate Villages Apartment development situated west of Williamsburg Pkwy.) Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding an application submitted by Alan Bain and Brian Carrington to Replat Lot 1, Block 1 of the Fate South Elevated Storage Tank Addition and adding a 16.8-acre portion of two un-platted tracts to create 2 lots totaling 18.35-acres. The area that is the subject of this Replat application is located west of Williamsburg Parkway and south of Water Tower Rd, Rockwall CAD Property ID’s 10519, 72207, and 89278. Case RP-20-002.
