NOTICE IS  HEREBY  GIVEN  THAT  THE  PLANNING  AND  ZONING COMMISSION AND CAPITAL IMPACT ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF FATE WILL HOLD A  JOINT MEETING AT 6:00 P.M. ON THURSDAY, MAY 17, 2018, AT THE FATE CITY HALL, LOCATED AT 1900 CD BOREN PARKWAY, FATE, TEXAS, FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding approval of a Final Plat for 80 residential lots in the Woodcreek Subdivision, Phase 9C2, containing 15.182 acres located in the J. McKinney Survey, Abstract No. 151, City of Fate, Rockwall County, Texas. Applicant: SR3 80DU Partners, LLC. Case #FP-18-002.

Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding approval of a Final Plat for 2 commercial lots in the Pioneer Technology and Arts Academy Subdivision, Phase 1, containing 10.916 acres located in the S.B. Country Lane (Rockwall CAD Property IDs 10490, 10491, 10492, 12106, 10493, and 10496), for a Planned Development Zoning District with R-2 Residential Suburban Density 2, R-3 Residential Urban Density 3, R-4 Residential Urban Density 4 and “High Density Residential” uses and additional development standards. B.

Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding a zoning application submitted by Jose Lopez to zone 1.11 acres from Agricultural District to Manufactured Home (MH) District. The area that is the subject of this Zoning Application is described as the property located at 352 Willowbrook Ln., Rockwall CAD Property ID 19585. Case ZR-18-015. (1) Staff report and presentation; (2) Applicant Presentation; (3) Public Hearing; (4) Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action.

Planning And Zoning Commission Adjournment

In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Capital Impact Advisory Committee of the City of Fate reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code for the following purposes:
