NOTICE IS  HEREBY  GIVEN  THAT  THE  PLANNING  AND  ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FATE WILL HOLD A MEETING AT 6:00 P.M. ON THURSDAY, APRIL 15, 2021, AT THE FATE CITY HALL, LOCATED AT 1900 CD BOREN PARKWAY, FATE, TEXAS, FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

The Current Lot Contains A Total Area Of 1.75 Acres On The North Side Of I-30, Three Lots West Of The Ben Payne And I-30 Frontage Rd Intersection In The R.B. Irvine Survey, Abstract No. 120, City Of Fate, Rockwall County, Texas. The SUP Is Requested To Be Added Onto The Existing Highway Commercial Zoning In Order To Fulfill The Zoning Requirements For Specialty Vehicles, Used. Applicants: Fate LSI LLC And TJ Riley Of Net Direct Autos. Case # SUP-21-001
