Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding an application submitted by The City of Fate to Replat a part of Block I of the Original Town of Fate Plat. The Replat will combine certain existing lots into single lots, certain right-of-ways will be abandoned, and a new public right-of-way will be created to authorize utility relocations and to provide future rear building access. The area that is the subject of this Replat is described as the property generally located at the southeast corner of the E. Greenhill Ln. and W.E. Crawford Ave. (FM 551) intersection, and more specifically described as Block I, Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12, Rockwall CAD Property ID’s 16466 and 16470. Case RP-18-002.
