Finance Department

Responsibilities


The City's Finance department provides analysis and administrative support to all departments as well as external users and is responsible for the management and direction of Finance which includes:
  • Accounting (accounts payables and receivables)
  • Audit
  • Budget
  • Purchasing
  • Tax
  • Treasury
  • Utility Customer Service
  • Financial Reporting
It is the responsibility of Finance to ensure the city's financial transactions as well as statutory and contractual agreements are conducted within city policy.
